General Comp Information
The Harvard Independent will be hosting an 8-week comp across four boards: Editorial, Business, Design, and Multimedia. We are looking for people who like to write, do graphic design, gamble, make podcasts, take photos, do web design, make Insta reels, sell ads, or whatever you bring to the table. No experience necessary!
In 1969, student protests underscored an emerging need to break away from the openly-biased press environment of the time. And so, the Indy was born. Since then, we have proudly provided a counterpoint to the prevailing opinions and a writing style that digs deep into every issue. On campus and off, and we make sure to cover the off-beat, the strange, and the wonderful obscure in our weekly print issues.
